About Outstaffer

Outstaffer is an AI recruitment and HR platform for modern teams. We place remote Philippines-based staff with international businesses and act as their Employer of Record, handling contracts, payroll, taxes, benefits, HR and compliance so you can focus on the work.

About the Client

You will join a marketing and design business with strong in-house design capability and a team that is settling and growing; a design business that produces capability statements, product brochures, product releases, photo shoots and campaigns for its own clients.

Key responsibilities

Social media planning and scheduling

Run multiple social media campaigns at the same time across client accounts.
Sort content, build content schedule.
Write captions and post copy, using AI tools to speed up the work.
Schedule and publish through Metricool or a similar tool, and manage account activity day to day.
Add strategy to timing and sequencing.

Project workflow and coordination

Set up each new project in Asana, add the right people, set deadlines and attach the full brief.
Spot missing information early and chase it. If a brief is incomplete, ask for it before work starts.
Coordinate the streams inside one project, such as a product release that needs website updates, visual design and social content at the same time.
Track progress, flag risks to deadlines, and make sure work is finished on time.
Keep project information in one place.

Communication and accountability

Meet with your lead regularly, often daily, and capture the information they give you.
Ask the right questions to turn a loose idea into a clear brief.
Challenge unclear or incomplete briefs, including your lead’s, politely and directly.
Speak up when something is not working or a deadline is at risk, rather than waiting to be asked.

What this role does not include

Managing client relationships or client-facing communication.
Budgets and commercial management.
High end graphic design, which stays with the designer.
Owning a project from conception to completion in the traditional project manager sense.

What you will bring

Must have

Experience running several social media accounts or campaigns at the same time.
Experience building and managing content calendars, including longer range plans of three to six months.
Strong organisation and scheduling discipline. Posts go out on time, every time.
Experience running work through a project management tool such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp or Monday.
Confidence to speak up, ask direct questions, and push back respectfully on unclear instructions or on management.
Strong written English and the ability to write clear, engaging captions.
Able to communicate several times a day and work closely with one person.
Comfortable working autonomously and digging in when a deadline is close.

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with Metricool, or similar scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or Later.
Experience with Asana specifically.
Experience working with Australian clients or Australian working hours.
A basic eye for design and what a good brief for a designer looks like.
Experience with Canva for simple graphics.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for planning and writing.
Some SEO knowledge, particularly for social and web content.
Experience with photo and video shoot content and how to turn it into a campaign.

Who will succeed here

The best candidate is organised first and creative second. The priority is scheduling, management and accountability. Someone who can communicate comprehensively, directly, and is not afraid to speak up.
